When can I pay my final bill at the Anemone?
You can settle the bill the evening before you leave. Please vacate your room on the day of departure by 11.00 a.m. If you need more time, speak to reception. Remember to return your room key, key card and ski pass when you leave. Please leave safe doors open! Make sure you haven’t forgotten anything.
How can I pay at the end of my hotel stay at the Anemone?
We accept cash, Maestro cards, Visa/MasterCard credit cards, EC cards.
Billing / Account:
All consumption in the restaurant or bar can be booked on your hotel bill. Please check and sign the receipts every day. You are welcome to pay the entire bill the evening before you leave by cash, Maestro card, Visa/MasterCard or EC card.
Your credit card details: cardholder, number, expiry date and CVC/CAC code.
Adapters are available at reception. €5 deposit per adapter.
Doctors & chemists (reception: Tel. 215 / 200)
All doctors also have a chemist’s and we will be happy to make arrangements for you from reception. Please ask reception for the office and opening hours.
There are three lifts in the hotel. Anemone and Emilie are connected by a lift and walkway. Two lifts lead from the garage to the upper floors. All rooms are within walking distance.
Do you want to sleep undisturbed or have your room tidied? Please hang the appropriate door hanger on the door handle outside.
How does it work in the garage with the cars blocking each other in (cars are parked one behind the other)?

Where can I get a motorway toll sticker?
Motorways in Austria are subject to tolls. Motorway toll stickers can be purchased at border crossings, petrol stations, post offices, tobacconists, from your automobile club and at Lech Zürs Tourism.

Dogs are allowed in the rooms and on the terrace, at the price of €35 per night for cleaning, without food. Please note that your pet is not allowed in the restaurant.
The range of toiletries in hotel rooms is also very important to environmentally conscious guests, who value sustainable and ethical consumption. At Hotel Anemone in Lech am Arlberg you can enjoy them with a clear conscience.
For this reason, all rooms feature products from MARíAS Organic HotelCare, an organic cosmetics brand with over 30 years of tradition from Pieper Biokosmetik in Salzburg. These products convince with innovative recipes, clear elegant design and pioneering packaging.
We also only use Rala Hygiene Frosch products that are certified with the Austrian eco-label throughout the hotel.
At Hotel Anemone in Lech, we offer our guests Sonnentor teas. The story of Sonnentor began with Johannes Gutmann, who came from the Waldviertel region in Austria and decided to stay there. While many moved away from the countryside to the city in the 1980s, Hannes took a different path: he wanted to live and work in the Waldviertel. This decision led to the creation of Sonnentor, which is one of the most famous organic producers in Austria today.
With every still or sparkling Lech water order and from now on also with every mineral water order, we make a donation to UNICEF for the drinking water project. Children have a right to clean drinking water! However, many of them still don’t have access to this, with serious implications for their future prospects.
Our senior boss Veronika has also taken over a sponsorship of bees, and we therefore offer our guests sustainable natural honey from Honigerlebnis Hinteregger, which you can also purchase locally.
