Reservation enquiries are considered binding with our written reservation confirmation and are to be confirmed by you with a 40% deposit within 7 days. Guests have the option of taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover cancellation costs. In the event of cancellation, the Austrian hotel contract conditions come into force.

1 month to 1 week before arrival date: 70%
In the last week before the arrival date: 90%
Up to 30 days and 0 days before arrival: 100%
