Reservation enquiries are considered binding with our written reservation confirmation and are to be confirmed by you with a 40% deposit within 7 days. Guests have the option of taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover cancellation costs. In the event of cancellation, the Austrian hotel contract conditions come into force.

Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival date

In each case from the total price:

• 3 months to one month before arrival date: 40%
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival date: 70%
• In the last week before the arrival date: 90%
• Up to 30 days and 0 days before arrival: 100%
• In case of late arrival, as well as early departure: 100%
