Guests have the option of purchasing travel cancellation insurance to cover cancellation fees. Reservation requests for the fixed-rate offer become binding upon receipt of our written reservation confirmation and must be confirmed by a 100% prepayment within 7 days. For bookings made within 7 days prior to arrival, a 100% prepayment is required. In the event of cancellation, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
